PROM

This years prom was interesting for many different reasons. I got to help Ashley get ready by doing her hair and yes this Gammy babysat all night so she could be a teenager one last time and not just Aiden's mommy. Most of the pics have Aiden in them, some have Aiden's daddy, Ryan, but that gorgeous lady in the photos is, I'm proud to say, is my oldest Ashley. It seems like just yesterday was the first time I met her and we were not the biggest friends. Now after 11 years and counting I feel as close to her as if I had given birth to her myself. She is a wonderful mother and daughter. I wish her the best and will always be here to help pick up the pieces if needed.
Isn't she gorgeous

New Arrival

I would like to welcome the newest member of the SLOOP clan; Noah Paul Sloop born on April 9,2010 weighing in at 7lbs 11oz and an amazing 20.5 inches long. How could our parent known all those years ago when they first talked about starting a family it would have grow to this: 5 kids, 9 grandchildren, and one great grandchild. I am thankful every day that they had all of us and managed to make it through with a smile. We have great childhood memories and the memories we are making as adults keep us extremely close.

Joseph and Lauren are amazed at his long toes

He sleeps very well

But he does have a set of lungs!

My family truly makes me smile, I look forward to each and every chance I get to spend time with them.

What Is She Thinking

I do not know what Victoria was thinking when she got up this morning, but she decided to wear her little brothers clothes to school. Brandon of course thought this was cool so he helped her pick out some clothes and this is how it turned out:
